If you’ve only just now woken up from your long weekend food coma, this is your friendly reminder that it’s already Tuesday. Right now, it feels like that period between Christmas and New Year where you don’t exactly know which day it is. I’m here for it and how it makes me feel kinda wobbly, like we’ve unlocked a new timeline.

Speaking of feeling a bit strange — have you watched the new season of Black Mirror yet? The first episode alone is enough to put you in a spin. Quease-factor = 11/10. Seven episodes of heartbreakingly good TV that has seriously left a lot of us screaming, crying and throwing up at the state of the world. And we’re not the only ones, stars from the new season — Issa Rae, Rashida Jones and Tracee Ellis Ross — got on the existential train too in a game of Never Have I Ever: Black Mirror Edition.

Nothing sparks an existential panic quite like the realisation that you’re getting old (for most of us anyway). As we get further away from the 2000s and closer to the 2050s, I say we all get out of the house and throw one big party in the street. Just celebrate life, y’know? Then let’s keep on doing that for the rest of eternity. Everyone bring a dish and do the picture quiz down below.

But, if you’d like to distract yourself from these big feelings and controversial ideas, I completely respect it. There’s something in here for you too. I didn’t forget about you.

I lurrrrrrrv the drama that people bring to the orchards over the long weekend and it makes question sooooo many things NGL. Mostly…if you hate your family so much, why are you hanging out with them? Get a load of this. Some woman and her family were yelling at each other about a trolley, from one row of Granny Smiths into the other. So I sat there pretending like I was planting a new tree, obviously I needed to hear. “Shove the bloody apple in your gob if you want to keep hogging my trolley. My dad doesn’t love you anyway Cherie. Hope your apples are as f**king rotten as you.”
